Veergati: A Movie Review

Veergati is a 1995 Indian Hindi-language action film written, produced and directed by K.K Singh, starring Salman Khan, Atul Agnihotri, Divya Dutta and Akhilendra Mishra. This film is only film of Pooja Dadwal.

The movie tells the story of Ajay, an orphan who grows up in a red-light area of Mumbai, and Shlok, his friend who is the son of a prostitute. Ajay becomes a gambler and a cynic, while Shlok pursues his education and falls in love with Pooja, the daughter of a millionaire. Their lives take a tragic turn when Ekka Seth, a ruthless gangster who exploits the sex workers, kills Ajay's sister Sandhya and tries to harm Pooja. Ajay decides to take revenge on Ekka and his men, but in the process sacrifices his own life.
